All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 5 days of purchase.
All online orders must be returned for store credit within 10 days of posted ship date.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the US postal service. (You must reach out to your local postal service)
All sale items, home goods, jewelry or items purchased during a promotion are final sale.
Shipping is non refundable. The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping.
We often ship in recycled packaging to keep our prices as low as possible!
Any shoe orders will be shipped WITHOUT the box to keep shipping low for you!
